Few like the Palomero family, from the town of Aranda de Duero (Burgos), have contributed to popularising the cuisine of Castile and León throughout the world. After having spread throughout Spain, the family opened a restaurant in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), where diners enjoy their mastery in preparing lamb. Its menu will delight the Muslim public with halal-certified lamb, but also with other delicacies of Spanish cuisine such as the typical Andalusian salmorejo, croquettes or cogollos de Tudela (baby gem lettuce from Tudela). It also offers group menus for celebrations and events with sampling proposals at very competitive prices.
